Project Coordinator / Construction-Renovation Domain M/F

Function :

Reporting directly to the Manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of construction projects:

In this capacity:

•      Elaborate the detailed budget of the building site from the provisional budget (materials, necessary human and material resources ...)
•      In charge of the planning of the works, to know how to establish the complete planning of a building site.
•     You are the guarantor of a good coordination of technical exchanges between external partners (customers, suppliers, design office, subcontractors) and internal partners (site foremen, managers, quotation department...).
•      Follow up the activity of the building sites and the progress of the different projects. Control the conformity of the achievements of suppliers, subcontractors, service providers
•      You carry out regular reporting on your follow-up, site visit report, etc.
•      You are in charge of defining and complying with the applicable prevention rules.

 Profile :

•      You preferably have 5 years of proven experience in construction, and in the operational follow-up of building sites.
•      You are fluent in French and Luxembourgish, any other language will be considered an asset.
•      You have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
