Technician / Buyer of technical construction components (m/f/d)

We are a Luxembourg general contractor specializing in wood construction, roofing and interior work with our own production. We currently employ 270 people in 10 trades and we are one of the largest suppliers in this field on the Luxembourg market.

As part of our development, we are looking for one for our team :

TECHNICIAN / BUYER OF TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION COMPONENTS (m/f/d)

Spec. for construction elements in the window and door area

Your duties:

• Support of interdepartmental projects in the field of building elements (windows, doors, gates)
• Thanks to your expertise, you offer support to the design office and the site manager
• Project analysis and preparation
• Creation of quotations and calculations
• Support of the project leader in the preparation and implementation phase
• Order processing, deadline monitoring and complaint handling
• Post-calculation of projects
• Continued development of the supplier portfolio
• Participation and evolution of the purchasing strategy in the field of components

 Your profile:

• Training as a civil engineer, building technician or master carpenter
• Extensive product knowledge in the field of windows, doors and fittings
• Business knowledge
• Good knowledge of German and French
• Independence and good organization
• Accuracy, reliability and motivation
• Work and team spirit
• Practical experience in carpentry is an advantage
